Friday Favorites! Kitsap County Blog Circle – Seattle Family Photographer

Hello friends!

Today will be the first ever in our new Kitsap Blog Circle! A blog circle is a group of bloggers that write about the same subject on a given day. We will be doing “Friday Favorites” and “What’s Cookin’ Wednesday” and then linking you to everyone else in the group! I am really excited about this being a local group so we can get to know people in our community. If you are a Kitsap blogger and want to apply to be a part of this, please shoot me a message! Next week we will have a few more join us and I can’t wait to introduce you to them!

My favorite purchase recently was this dress from Lulu’s. I’m thinking about wearing it for my own families’ session this summer but it’s also available in a medium for my clients to use!

RC Essential oil. I seriously won’t ever go without this again. The RC oil is fantastic for sinus infections and any respiratory issue. I got sinus infections a lot and it is the only thing that gives me immediate relief. I started using it when I was pregnant and couldn’t use any meds and I still only use that when I get one.

I have been hearing about The Oily Lady skincare in a photography mentoring group for a while now and decided to give it a try. She using essential oils for her products which I love. I have the Night Serum, Poor Pore mask, and Face Grains. I most definitely have felt a difference in the appearance of my skin and the most immediate difference with the mask. My biggest issue is cystic acne most likely caused by hormones so have been told that the clay wash is best for that. That will be next on my list!

I want to try and highlight a local business each time and this week is Via Rosa on Bainbridge Island. We frequent this place often with my grandma. They make fantastic pizzas in their wood oven but also have pasta and all sorts of other goodies. (Their tiramisu is fantastic). You can find them across from Bay Hay and Feed next to the convenience store. They have fresh pasta and sauce to take and cook later, or pizza and dishes to eat there. You won’t regret it!
